Enjoyed my time here, it was a great value for a wonderful stay.

The room was a good size and really spacious, complete with central heating, a wide selection of TV channels, and a cozy seating area.

Truly enjoyed our a nice size and newly renovated rooms, plus the staff was EXCELLENT. The location was perfect and handy for walking around Haruru Falls. Plus, it was really close to the Waitangi Treaty Grounds, a good location to base yourself in the Bay of Islands, Paihia for an extra $ 10 and a very nice waterfall. The bar was good.

Overall it's nice hotel, good value, and the facilities are clean...

The central location by the river of this place was everything we expected and more, it was awesome!

The location on the river bank by the Hururu river, with easy access to the Bay of Islands, creates a tranquil and picturesque setting. The friendly and helpful staff add to the positive experience, ensuring a comfortable stay. The rooms are equipped with a TV, private bathroom, and basic amenities, providing all the necessary comforts.

I loved sitting outside by the adjacent waterfall, sipping my coffee and enjoying the peaceful atmosphere. The common rooms were spacious and the kitchen was well-equipped. The location, just a short drive from the main town, ensured a peaceful and quiet stay. The night sky was fine, and I even had the opportunity to admire the Milky Way. I highly recommend this hotel for its enjoyable and good value experience.

Complimentary parking and high, pressure showers were highlights of this weekend stay. the central location made it easy to access local attractions and amenities. Plus, the on, site facilities were well, maintained and easy to use.

There were some downsides to our experience. the rooms were not well, cleaned and had issues with insects and leaking water.

The hotel's proximity to the river and waterfall creates a soothing ambiance with stunning views. the sound of the waterfall eases one into a peaceful slumber. the rooms are clean with an impressive bathroom and pleasant service.

Some guests have complained that the rooms are noisy due to their proximity to each other, leading to disturbances.

We had a wonderful stay with excellent service from the staff. The hotel was clean, had great facilities, free parking, and was located close to beautiful places to visit, including a nearby waterfall. It was also conveniently located near the Waitangi MTB park, making it easy to explore and enjoy the lush landscape.

Spent Christmas at a sweet accommodation near a river. The place was clean and the receptionist was awesome. The location was perfect, with no insects or bugs even though it was near the river. Plus, it had a great view of the water. The facilities were in good condition and easily accessible.

The room was very hot with only one fan. , there was no cold water available and not enough towels or tissues in the kitchen.

Peaceful location, friendly staff, spacious common rooms, clear night sky, comfortable bed.

This hotel is a hidden gem nestled on the banks of a beautiful river. The location is absolutely stunning, with a scenic track leading to the Treaty Grounds and a picturesque view from the lounge area/deck. The rooms with a river view offer a tranquil and relaxing atmosphere, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring the Bay of Islands. Additionally, the breakfast provided is simple but satisfying, giving you a good start to your day of adventures.

Nothing major to complain about, everything exceeded my expectations.

I had a great stay at this hotel by the river in a beautiful location. The room was clean and comfortable, with a large bed and a private bathroom. The little kitchen in the room was a convenient addition. The staff were helpful and even helped us upgrade our room. great value for money and a pleasant experience.
